Hey friends! I am a realtor, dog mom, DIY enthusiast, and not only want to help you find your first home, but to get to know YOU and the lifestyle YOU dream of having. So, what is your dream? I mean shoot for the stars with this question, because it can be possible!  

Buying your first home is investing in something you can actually live in! This investment is the first stepping stone into that dream. Think of it like another form of a savings account except it's not as easy to just "switch" that money into your checking through your online banking app for that fancy memory foam dog bed your fur baby just HAD to have.

Purchasing your first home can be a confusing, stressful, and overwhelming process. You continue to ask yourself, "Am I ready for this?", "How can I afford it?", and all of the "What if's" that come in between. Well, that's what I am here for. I became a realtor to help you because I have been in your position, and want to share with you everything that I have learned.

I lived in Oklahoma my entire life except for the year and a half that I moved to Texas (where what seems as if almost everyone from OK moves to at some point in their life), and realized how much I wanted to be back with my family. So, I canceled my apartment lease, ended that nearly endless cycle of tossing my money away each month, just to move in with my parents....YAAAAY! Could you hear that sarcasm?

I was extremely happy and grateful to be able to move back while in between living situations, but after a few months, I decided it was finally time to find my own place. Luckily for me, my mom is also a realtor. She helped me find the perfect first home, and did you know you can receive money from a First Time Home Buyers Program to go towards your down payment? Well, I didn't until my incredible lender explained everything to me. 

I was so lucky to qualify to receive 3.5% to go towards the purchase of my first home, and with some amazing negotiating skills, $7,000 in closing costs, a new roof, AND new gutters!
